Peersuasion and Mass Transmit recently launched a Facebook application for MyHound.com. The application allows Facebook users to track new releases by their favorite musicians, authors, actors and other artists within the Facebook environment.

By adding the MyHound application to their Facebook profile, users can instantly track bands, musicians, actors, authors, directors and other artists within the Facebook environment. They receive notification when the artist releases new material, and automatically share their favorites with friends, and see which artists their friends are enjoying.

The application combines the power of MyHound with the viral, community-enabled elements that have made Facebook so popular. The Facebook app integrates with other Peersuasion viral marketing programs, and will tie into other community-building platforms we are developing for MyHound, including a referral program, ongoing surveys and online sweepstakes.
